Zak Kriegel (General Manager)

I Began working for Ray O. Cook Company in 1998 as an install helper and worked my way up to General Manager. I am passionate about the quality of work our company does and the customer service we provide to our great customers. In my spare time I enjoy off-roading with my family and friends.

Robert Contreras (Service Tech)

I started in this industry back in 2010 when I became certified in stationary welding. I pride myself in being number one in customer service and always make sure I leave my customers with a smile on their face. I spend all of my free time with my two boys. They are my life.

Mike Tarabochia (Service Tech)

I started my dream career in HVAC after graduating from the Institute of Technology in Citrus Heights. I am a single father of a bright and energetic 9 year old girl that keeps me quite busy after work. I am an avid snowboarder, motorcyclist, and all around outdoors man. I graduated tech school with honors to show my kid you are never too old to pursue your dreams.

Rory Ahrens (Service Tech)

In early 2000 I entered the industry as an installer’s helper for a small new construction company. I quickly realized my niche for the trade and rose to lead installer, then senior service technician within 10 years. Providing unmatched customer service and impeccable diagnostic and repair work. In my off time I enjoy the outdoors with my wife and two boys.

Steve Brown (Service Tech)

I started in the residential industry shortly ago but got most of my experience in the Army as helicopter mechanic where I learned the trade of heating and air. I take pride in my work and enjoy servicing my customer’s equipment. I also am EPA, NATE and NCI certified.

Danny Page (Service Tech)

I began working in the HVAC industry in 2000. I take great pride in repairing HVAC equipment to the highest standards and not cutting corners. I enjoy spending time outdoors fishing with my family on weekends. I am NCI, EPA and NATE Certified to ensure I get the job done right the first time.

Traci Russo (Service Dispatcher)

Veronica Camacho (Install Coordinator)

I have worked in an office setting my entire career but in the last 3 years I have found my niche in HVAC. I pride myself in creating a smooth process for our installation customers and handling their individual needs. My golden retriever Landon and I love spending time at Folsom Lake walking around.

Willie Daffern (Senior Install Tech)

I chose HVAC installation as my career in 2008. I have installed for Ray O. Cook Company since 2012 and have learned a lot in that time. I am now EPA and NCI certified. I recently purchased my first home and love spending time renovating it.

Eric Eitel (Senior Install Tech)

I have 26 years in the heating, air conditioning and sheet-metal trades. I love that it’s an industry that is always evolving. I have 3 crazy boys and I have been married to my wife for 22 years. Kevin Fitzmaurice (Install Tech)

I have a passion for perfection when it comes to heating and air installation. I want to make sure that all my customers get more than they pay for. After work I like to just relax while playing my guitar.

Russell Fitzmaurice (Install Tech)

I came to work for Ray O. Cook Company as Installation delivery driver after my brother told me how much he enjoyed working there. I hope to someday become a Senior Install Tech. In my spare time I love just driving around in my big red 4x4 pick-up truck.
