My wife, Susan, and I were extremely satisfied with the professional service, attention to detail and expertise that Gino, the certified service technician from Ray O. Cook Heating and Air displayed on our service call August 4, 2026. Gino was courteous, on time, hard working and took pride in being able to thoroughly inspect and recommend needed repairs to the 4 HVac systems that provide cooling to our home. We were especially surprised to learn that Gino treats each customer’s home as if it were his own home or his mother’s home and provides a high level of service and attention to detail in all that he does. By the end of the day, after Gino had completed servicing on all 4 of our systems, Susan and I had no reservations about signing up to be Ray O Cook Service Club members and have our HVAC and Heating units routinely serviced per their annual contract. We feel very fortunate to have discovered this amazing company.

We recently had our 22 year old Rheem air conditioner/heater replaced by Ray O. Cook Heating & Air Co. The crew respond on time and did an excellent job of removing our old system & installing a new Rheem 17 Seer A/C & furnace. The crew consisted of three men (Brett, Dave & Rick). They were all very friendly, professional & helpful in answering my numerous questions. Danny in sales & the lady that set up the appointment were also very friendly & helpful. We highly recommend this company. We had our HVAC system serviced by Technician Gene Holden on July 20th 2026 and he was very professional and did a very thorough job. We were very impressed with his knowledge and communication skills.

Can’t say enough good things about my experience with this company and with our technician Geno. Our thermostat went out on an extremely hot day and Geno came out promptly and went over our whole system and meticulously detailed via photos and video the current status of our system.
