We were looking to have our HVAC system replaced as ours was original to the home (31 years old) and was having issues. We got estimates from a few places. The crew at Ray O Cook were professional from the start. Overall process was smooth with no pressure to buy. The install crew was great and for the most part kept the area clean. We ended up having to vacuum and wipe down some areas after they left so that area could be improved slightly, but wasn’t anything major. Would highly recommend Ray O Cook.

Despite the desperate situation, Ray O. Cook Heating & Air really came through for us. The most important part was the company and their tech showed up. It is surprising how many do not show up for the job they were hired, agreed to, and contracted. They were able to book an appointment next day. Their technician, Daniel Lopez, came on time and prepared. He evaluated our systems, identified the problem, provided the difficult options for complete solutions, and allowed us time to make a decision. We did not feel pressured. The need for service was pressure enough considering these situations are always unexpected and at the worst time. Once our decision was made, the work was done thoroughly, professionally, and within a timely fashion. So GREAT to have air conditioning again!!

Came right out. Text communication and email. Showed up when stated. Technician was great and explained everything so I could choose the right option… Back story: sadly this is a horrible Lennar new home build during COVID 2020-2021… and everything has gone wrong and sucked with this house… but Ray O Cook got my AC up and running again as they stated they would. Thanks again. I have a refrigeration leak somewhere in the system that I shouldn't have on a brand new house built 2021… but that's where the cost is in the recharge of the system and sadly will need to do it again as the leak still needs to be repaired, but for now, with 100+ degrees temps, I'm back up and running.

Wow!!! What a great HVAC company. My neighbor, who is a property manager, referred me to Ray O. Cook when my AC broke down during a heatwave, and within 24 hours they were on site. The service tech, Joe K., was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was able to complete a full diagnostic and give me a quote for the repair within about 30 minutes and had all the parts and tools needed for a major repair on his truck. He provided me with all of the diagnostic data and photos and went over the findings so I understood what happened and things that I needed to keep an eye on in the future. I didn’t feel at any time that he was trying to sell me something I didn’t need, but I did sign up for a maintenance plan because it made sense and was a good deal. I would highly recommend Ray O. Cook for any HVAC issues, including a new system. They totally exceeded my expectations. Thanks again, Joe!
