With about eight years of HVAC experience, Dylan brings a balanced background to the Ray O. Cook team. Four years in installation and another four in service. Whether he’s running maintenance checks, handling diagnostics, or helping homeowners stay comfortable, Dylan takes pride in doing every job right the first time.

When he’s not on the job, you can find Dylan watching or playing sports, catching a good movie, and spending time with friends and family. And here’s a fun fact, he can dunk a basketball!
