Meet Jason Robert Bastian Jason is an HVAC professional who began working in the trade at just 15 years old and has been growing his skills ever since. He joined Ray O. Cook Heating and Air as a delivery driver and quickly proved his dedication, earning a promotion to installer after gaining hands-on experience in the field. Jason’s responsibilities include installing condensers, furnaces, coils, and thermostats, as well as ensuring every job site is clean, protected, and safe by using drop cloths and painters plastic. He takes pride in handling any issues that come up during an install, keeping projects running smoothly and customers at ease.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys fishing, hunting, camping, and racing dirt bikes, hobbies that reflect his love for the outdoors and staying active.
