With over 10 years of customer service experience and several years in the solar industry, Monica brought her skills and passion for helping people to the HVAC world in early 2024. In her role, she coordinates appointments with our New System Engineers, ensuring customers get the best system replacement options and a smooth experience from start to finish. Her sharp organization and clear communication help keep every project on track.

Outside of work, Monica enjoys spending time with her family, going shopping, and playing soccer, a sport she’s loved since growing up. Bilingual and energetic, she brings positivity and precision to everything she does.
