Meet Willie Daffern, our Install Manager who brings over 20 years of hands-on HVAC experience to every project. Willie’s career has taken him coast to coast, from residential installs across California to both commercial and residential work on the East Coast. These days, he oversees our install crews on job sites, manages material orders, and keeps schedules running smoothly. With his deep field experience and leadership skills, Willie ensures every installation meets the highest standards.

When he’s not managing crews, Willie enjoys working on his own home projects and brewing his own beer, a true craftsman both on and off the clock. And if you ever want to talk football, just know one thing: he’s a diehard Raiders fan through and through.
