Meet Zak Kriegel, the man who keeps the wheels (and the bus!) turning at Ray O. Cook Heating and Air. With over 25 years under his belt, Zak has done it all. Starting as an install helper and working his way up to General Manager. Around the shop, he’s known as the ultimate “man of many hats,” always ready to jump in wherever he’s needed. Whether it’s managing operations, helping a team in the field, or literally driving the company bus, Zak’s the go-to guy who makes things happen.

When he’s not keeping things running smoothly at work, you’ll find Zak cheering on or racing alongside his two daughters at the local racetrack. Family, teamwork, and a little friendly competition keep him fueled both on and off the track.
